The first thing my Medline search at the University of Toronto revealed was that there has been unfortunately little scientific work done pertaining specifically to karate. Karate athletes will no doubt be perturbed to hear their combative sport cousins in judo and taekwondo have garnered much more of the focus of the scientific community. Previous articles have addressed the refinishing of your garage floor. We covered everything from the fundamental steps required for proper floor preparation to the application of your new floor covering.
